RTKL is a Baltimore-based architectural design firm that has been in existence for more 60 years. With extensive experience in urban design and architecture for prominent projects which include waterfront developments around the world, RTKL was tapped by Eton Properties to masterplan Eton City. RTKL’s portfolio includes Glorypark in Arlington Texas, and Siam Paragon in Bangkok.
